Are you feeling anxious or depressed?
Do you worry about problems with your relationship, work or your personal life and do these sometimes seem overwhelming?
Would it help to take these problems to a place where you will be listened to and where you will be able to explore and talk about those thoughts and feelings that are troubling you in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment?
My name is Peter Thomas and I have been a practising counsellor/psychotherapist for eight years. I am fully qualified and I am a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period helping them to reflect on and talk through the following types of problems:
The aim of counselling will be to help you work through your problems and to help you feel better about yourself.
My practice is located within 2 minutes walk of Cheam railway station and is easily accessible by bus, train or car from Sutton, Cheam, Banstead, Belmont, Wallington, Carshalton, Croydon, and Epsom.
